He boasts a unique blend of cultural insights, business acumen, and entrepreneurship. He accumulated 18 years of versatile experience in Group of Companies structures honing their enhancement, growth,
and profitability.
As the Founder and Principal of Affirma Consulting and Coaching firm, he portrays his commitment to drive innovation and excellence in the business world. A forward thinker with a spirit to drive performance improvements, implement strategic and tactical initiatives, orchestrate organizational and operational restructuring, navigate transition management, and foster business development.
Marios, an MBA graduate and an IASSC Certified Lean Master by the International Association of Six Sigma Certification, is an ardent lifelong learner. Loucas shares a strong fast fast-moving consumer goods background. He brings 17 years of experience in the sector and his background spans through food and beverage production and distribution as well as in the retail sector.
As the visionary leader of a family hypermarket business, he not only navigated market intricacies but also spearheaded the establishment of small and medium hypermarket associations fostering collaboration amidst competition. These initiatives proved pivotal in countering fierce competition from global giants and local leaders.

Loukas brings a strong foundation in aerospace engineering as an Apprentice. Holding an Honors BEng in Aerospace Engineering degree from the University of Leicester and an Associate membership in the Royal Aeronautical Society, U.K., he delves into the intricate realm of Data Analysis and Research.
Pursuing dual MSc degrees in Aerodynamics and Computation from the University of Southampton and Computer Science with Artificial Intelligence from the University of York showcases his commitment to interdisciplinary expertise.
