Cancellation Policy

Please read the Affirma Consulting & Coaching Cancellation Policy before purchasing a service and before requesting a refund.

  • “Purchaser” or “You” means the person or company who made the purchase.
  • “Refund” means the monetary amount, at the invoiced currency Affirma Consulting & Coaching shall credit the Purchaser as described herein.
  • Affirma Consulting & Coaching applies a different cancelation and refund policy for its services as described here below.
  • By purchasing services from Affirma Consulting & Coaching you agree to the terms set forth in this Cancellation Policy.
  • Approved cancellations and refunds may be procecced through a wire transfer only to the dedit/credit card or account of the person or company who made the purchase.
  • All approved refunds are subject to a Seventy, 70 euros processing and administrative fee.
  • Exclusions: This cancellation and refund policy does not apply to any form of Business to Business (B2B) contracts, purchase orders, or agreements. Instead, the terms and conditions specified in the respective contracts or local purchase orders shall apply.

Cancellation Policy for Trainer-led Webinars

  • Terms and condition for cancelling your registration for trainer-led webinars:
  • Cancelling two weeks (14 days) before the course’s start date:
    • Your payment will be fully refunded. Processing fee apllies.
  • Cancelling within the period of 14 days from the course’s start date:
    • Subject to a 300 euros penalty plus. Processing fee applies.
  • Cancelling after the seminar start date:
    • Clients are not eligible for a refund.

Cancellation Policy for Coaching Sessions

  • Terms and condition for cancelling your registration for coaching sessions:
  • Up to 48 Hours Before Scheduled Coaching Session:
    • Your payment will be fully refunded. Processing fee apllies.
  • Less than 48 Hours Before Scheduled Coaching Session:
    • Clients are not eligible for a refund.
    • However, clients may reschedule the session without any additional charge.

Policy Modifications

  • The cancellation policy outlined above shall remain in effect until Affirma Consulting & Coaching decides to revise its terms and conditions.
  • If any changes are made to the cancellation policy, the updated policy will be posted on this page.
  • These modifications shall take effect immediately for any services purchased on or after the date the changes are posted.
  • Services purchased prior to the posting of the modified cancellation policy shall not be affected by these changes.
