The Learning Path for the Experts Level follows the IASSC, International Association for Six Sigma Association body of knowledge. It is at the discretion of the participant to register directly for proctored exams and pursue an accredited certification. Upon successful completion of the Learning Path, Affirma Academy issues a Certificate of Participation with the participant’s name.

Lean Experts spearhead and guide Lean initiatives across an organization, collaborating with management to shape the direction and vision of Lean initiatives, and partnering with Lean Practitioners and/or Lean Leaders to execute Lean improvement efforts. Operating typically in full-time roles, their expertise spans all Lean environments, encompassing Lean Manufacturing, Lean Production, Lean Office, Lean IT, and Lean Development.
